1.1 These terms apply to everyone who visits our site—whether you're browsing, shopping, or just checking things out.
1.2 We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use our site, you’re agreeing to the latest version.

2. Ordering & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability. Our website should show the current availability of stock. If mistakes happen we will refund any out of stock items.
2.2 Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
2.3 We accept payments via Stripe. Your order will be processed once payment is received.
2.4 If something looks off with an order (like an incorrect price or possible fraud), we may need to cancel it—but we’ll always get in touch first.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally where possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3.2 We’ll provide estimated delivery times, but please remember these are just estimates—delays can sometimes happen.
3.3 Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of our delivery partners. If there are any hiccups, we’ll do our best to help.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Changed your mind? No worries! You can return items within 14 days, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging.
4.2 Just contact us at adventure@adventurecollections.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4.3 Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Our Content & Designs

5.1 Everything you see on our site—images, text, logos, and designs—belongs to Adventure Collections Limited.
5.2 We love when people share our products, but please don’t copy or use our content without asking us first!

6. Our Responsibility

6.1 We work hard to ensure everything on our site is accurate, but sometimes small mistakes happen. If you spot one, let us know!
6.2 We’re not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages from using our site or products—though we’ll always do our best to make things right.
